Public consultation on revised changes to the CU TR 037/2016 has started and will take place until 21st of January 2022
Substantial changes have been proposed in recently launched public consultation by the Eurasian Economic Commission Council on projects for amendments to Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 004/2011 "On safety of low-voltage equipment" and TR CU 020/2011 "On the electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices".
Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission conducted a public consultation this summer on the draft "Amendments to the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of machinery and equipment" (TR CU 010/2011)", proposing important changes that also affect EAEU TR 020/2011 on EMC and 004/2011 on Safety.
Public consultation was concluded this summer by Eurasian Commission group on "Amendments to decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated October 16, 2018 No. 167", that proposed changes to Mandatory Assessment List for the EAEU TR 037/2018 on RoHS.
Further to Eleos Regulatory update from 16th of March 2021, Russian Government have published a Decree No. 936 clarifying procedure to follow in case of Global Location Number (GLN) absence, as well as postponed implementation dates for its application, as well as other important procedural changes
