New FCC KDB on U-NII 6 GHz Bands (U-NII Bands 5-8) – Wi-Fi 6

On 9th December 2020, FCC published Knowledge Data Base (KDB) Publication 987594 providing guidance for obtaining an equipment authorization under the certification procedures for products and modules that operate under Part 15 Subpart E within the U-NII 6 GHz Bands (U-NII Bands 5-8).

The KDB is supplemented by 987594 D02 U-NII 6GHz EMC Measurement v01 providing detailed measurement guidance, and 987594 D03 U-NII 6 GHz QA v01 providing questions and answers.
