Argentine Regulator ENACOM have published an addition to Resolución 771/2020, extending the validity of certain Type Approval Certificates due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19.
Resolución 771/2020 extends the validity of certificates, registrations, and licenses for 60 calendar days. This new Resolution applies to any certificates that have been expired since 16th March 2020.
The new addition to Resolución 771/2020 is applicable for approvals with a validity date up to the 17th November.
