Brazilian Regulator, ANATEL, published Act No. 5701, which postpones the enforcement date for manufactures to comply with the labelling regulations outlined in Act No. 4088.
Previously, manufacturers were required to comply with the requirements in Act No. 4088 as of 31st July 2021, however with the issuance of Act No. 5701, this has been postponed and will now be mandatory from 31st July 2022.
