CCC - CNCA has revised the compulsory product certification implementation rules

The specific requirements are as follows:

1. "Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification Low-voltage Electrical Appliances and Low-voltage Components" (CNCA-C03-02:2024), "Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification for Motorcycles and Electric Bicycles Occupant Helmets" (CNCA-C11-15: 2024) and, "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Explosion-proof Electrical" (CNCA-C23-01:2024) will be implemented from May 1 2024; the "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification for Wires and Cables" (CNCA-C01-01:2024), the "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification for Houlsehold and equipment of similar use" (CNCA-C07-01:2024), "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification for Fire Alarm Products" (CNCA-C18-01:2024), "Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification - Decoration Products" (CNCA-C21-01:2024), "Rules for the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification - Gas Burning Appliances" (CNCA-C24-01:2024) will be implemented from July 1, 2024. The old version of the rules is revoked at the same time.

2. The relevant designated certification body, in accordance with the new revised version of the standards and the requirements of the general implementation rules for mandatory product certification, shall formulate the corresponding certification implementation rules and submit a dossier to the CNCA before implementing such certification and issuing the CCC certificate under the new version of the standards.

3. The CCC certificate issued in accordance with the old standards can continue to be used and the conversion of the certificate will occur naturally, such as renewal when the certificate expires, modification due to product change and standard change.
