Public consultation on changes to the CU TR 037/2016 has started

Public consultation on revised changes to the CU TR 037/2016 has started and will take place until 21st of January 2022.

The purpose of the changes is to clarify and specify certain provisions of the regulation in terms of:
- expanding its scope by adding 4 more hazardous substances;
- new provisions for recycling;
- additional labelling requirement for application of waste collection symbol;
- other important changes.

Changes to the EAEU TR 037/2016 will enter into force after 180 days from the date of the official publication of the decision.
