The revised guidance aims to clarify compliance expectations for manufacturers, importers, and other stakeholders involved in placing radio equipment on the EU market.

Industry participants are encouraged to evaluate the proposed updates and provide comments to help ensure that the guidance remains practical, consistent, and aligned with regulatory objectives. Feedback received during this consultation period will be considered as part of the finalization process.
