On September 22nd, the Telecommunication Engineering Centre of India published a notification announcing the launch of Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecom Equipment (MTCTE) regime. Phase 3 includes 10 product categories while Phase 4 includes 37.
