New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) has recently open the frequency band of 5925 – 6425 MHz for use for Wireless local area network (WLAN) devices under the Low power indoor (LPI) and Very Low Power (VLP) regulations.
The wider 6 GHz band (5925 - 7125 MHz) remains under discussion.
