Eleos Compliance, in partnership with the McGough-Colin Foundation are fully funding for a major conservation initiative in Sri Lanka aimed at protecting the Wetahirakanda Corridor, a critical wildlife passage linking Udawalawe National Park and the Yala ecosystem. Delivered by Wildlife Conservation International, alongside the Wildlife and Nature Protection Society (WNPS) and government agencies, the project will strengthen protection for approximately 1,500 hectares of government forest, restore degraded habitats, and support efforts to secure stronger legal safeguards for the area.
Insightful blog post from our charity partner Pipal Tree discussing how Eleos' s latest donation is being used and the broader impact of funding via the Big Give appeal.
