USA FCC Begins Proceeding to Withdraw SGS-CSTC Shenzhen Lab Recognition

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission had earlier notified SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. (SGS Shenzhen) that it was considering ending the company’s status as an accredited test laboratory. On 20 July 2026, the FCC formally opened proceedings to determine whether that recognition should be withdrawn.
