MIC Issue new standard for 76-77GHz Radar

Vietnam's MIC issued Circular 09/2021/TT-BTTTT together with QCVN 124:2021/BTTTT, which is the National technical regulation for Radar equipment operating in the frequency range 76 GHz to 77 GHz for ground based vehicles.

With the issuance of this new regulation, as of 01 July 2022, vehicle radars operating in the 76 - 77 GHz frequency band will require Type Approval under QCVN 124:2021 (and QCVN 18:2014 for EMC SDoC) .

Honduras Launches Public Consultation to Update its National Frequency Allocation Plan

CONATEL has opened a public consultation on proposed amendments to Honduras' National Frequency Allocation Plan (PNAF). The draft introduces private IMT networks, expands the 6 GHz band for Wi-Fi 6E/7, enables additional Mobile Satellite Service allocations, and modernizes NGSO satellite regulations. The proposal does not change the country's type approval procedures or certification requirements.
