The Republic of Congo Regulator ARPCE Now Enforces Stricter Sample Requirement for Equipment Type Approval

Although the sample requirement has been mentioned in ARPCE Approval regulation since 2015, its applicability has gone through several experiments, from sample for verification only requirement, to in country testing and to sample waiver under certain circumstances.
