DR Congo Regulator ARPTC Updated Type Approval Regulation

The Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Télécommunications du Congo have issued new regulation number 034 of 2022 updating type approval regulation.

The noticeable change is about the Type Approval validity which is now 5 years instead of 2 years in the old regulation. Marking of approved products and sample requirement are still stated in the updated document, although the regulator is not enforcing these provisions for now.
