Amendments to the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan in Serbia

On 03 September 2025, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) in Serbia published Official Gazette No. 76/2025 with amendment to the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan. The amendment sets a timeline for funding framework for transferring frequency band control from defence and emergency agencies to civil use. 

862-880 MHz, 915-930 MHz bands will be allocated for civil use after providing securing financial resources.
930-935 MHz band will be allocated for civil use after providing securing financial resources, but no later than 01 December 2026.
