- Mandatory Certification: For the current period, RF product certification remains mandatory under Article 20(1), and a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) is still required to access the market.
- Defined CoC Validity: Under the new rules, the CoC now has a formal validity period of 5 years (Article 20(4)).
- Transition to Self-Declaration: A major shift is scheduled for 31 December 2026. After this date, the Serbian CoC will no longer be mandatory, marking the end of the certification-based regime.
- Serbian DoC Requirements: Following the transition, a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity (DoC) must be prepared in the Serbian language, following the specific format defined in Annex V.
