Changes to Mandatory Assessment list for Customs Union TR 037/2016 (RoHS).

Public consultation was concluded this summer by Eurasian Commission group on "Amendments to decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated October 16, 2018 No. 167", that proposed changes to Mandatory Assessment List for the EAEU TR 037/2016 on RoHS.

Main changes includes addition of new HS Codes in the several product categories. For affected product groups, please get in touch with Eleos.

New mandatory Assessment List is expected to come into effect not sooner than 1st of January 2022.
