The Government of the Republic of Yemen has issued an official regulation approving a ban on American products, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Yemeni Parliament.

The regulation is formally addressed to key government bodies, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, Ministry of Information, and the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology. Each authority is instructed to implement and enforce the ban within its respective legal and administrative jurisdiction.

In addition, any previously submitted applications within the system that identify the country of origin or the product itself as American shall be rejected.

The regulation emphasizes strict compliance with the parliamentary resolution and applicable national laws, underscoring the government’s commitment to enforcing sovereign economic and political decisions. The document is officially signed and sealed, confirming its legal validity and enforceability.
