Mexico has made the decision to cancel two import permits that were implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic, thereby restoring normal procedures for importing products into the country.
Mexico's Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) has issued a new technical provision, the IFT-011-2022 (NOM-221 Part 3), titled "Cellular Broadcasting Service for Notification of Risk or Emergency Situations."
The Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) in Mexico has classified the frequency range of 5925 – 6425 MHz as free spectrum, which means that the public can use it without the need for a concession or authorization from the institute.
