ICASA's 2nd Draft NRFP 2025 – Public Consultation Notice
South Africa (ICASA) invites public comments on the Second Draft National Radio Frequency Plan 2025. The draft aligns South Africa’s radio frequency allocations with international, regional, and sub-regional frameworks, including WRC-23, ITU Radio Regulations, AfriSAP, and SADC plans. The plan impacts manufacturers, importers, network operators, and service providers who use or deploy radio equipment, as compliance with the updated frequency allocations may affect equipment design, licensing, and deployment.
