The Radio Frequency Commission of Azerbaijan adopted ECC recommendation 20 (01) on use of 5945-6425 MHz frequency band, specifically for Wireless Access Systems (WAS), including Radio Local Area Networks (RLAN). The manufacturers and importers must apply for frequency allocation approval before marketing or importing radio frequency devices. The Radio Frequency Commission of Azerbaijan will review each application and issue decision. To date, the Radio Frequency Commission of Azerbaijan approved 17 applications for use of 5945-6425 MHz frequency band.
