On 06th July 2023, ANATEL published ACT No 7971 which contains the technical requirements for conformity assessment of the IPv6 protocol in telecommunications products.
This Act enters into force on the date of its publication in Anatel's Electronic Services Bulletin, and the application of its annex is mandatory from January 08, 2024.
