On 4th January 2023, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) issued the draft Regulations for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Equipment in the 900MHz Band (Annex 1) and Ultra Wideband (UWB) Equipment Radio Management Regulations (Annex 2).
Both draft Regulations are open to the public for comments and suggestions, and feedback is required before 6th February 2023.
