The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has opened a public consultation concerning radiofrequency (RF) exposure issues arising from the D.C. Circuit’s decision in Environmental Health Trust v. FCC. The consultation focuses on RF compliance testing procedures, possible health effects associated with long-term exposure and exposure of children, as well as potential environmental impacts.
The FCC is inviting interested parties to submit comments and supporting scientific evidence on these matters.
The consultation is open for comments until 22 October 2026, with submissions accepted through the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS).
