ANATEL publish Act No. 5205

The Brazilian Regulator, ANATEL, has opened Public Consultation No. 27, from 07 June through to 05 August 2021, with the view to update the Testing Procedures for Assessing the Conformity of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment, approved by Act No. 6.506.

On the 08th June 2021, ANATEL published Act No. 3939, which establishes the Operating Procedure for Approval of Telecommunications Product by Declaration of Conformity with Test Reports. Please refer to the official publication of Act No. 3939, here.

ANATEL release Public Consultations No. 21, 23 and 25
